What is textile rental?
Textile rental means using products such as tablecloths, napkins and uniforms in your business for a usage fee instead of buying them. The products belong to us. Washing and checking them, and replacing worn or missing items, are also our responsibility.
Another name for this model is textile leasing. The phrase "Laundry & Textile Leasing" in our logo describes the two things we do together: we wash in our own laundry and rent from our own product pool.
Although textile rental is a new concept in Türkiye, the number of businesses turning to it to meet their textile needs grows rapidly every day. At Sauber, we have been providing restaurant textile washing and rental services since 2014.
Buy or rent?
When you buy restaurant textiles, you pay for the products up front, but the real burden starts after the purchase. The table below puts the two options side by side.

Product financing with textile leasing
Equipping a restaurant or a hotel's food and beverage area with textiles means a significant initial investment at opening or during a refurbishment. In the textile leasing model, you do not make this investment. Product financing is no longer your concern; by renting, you get a payment plan spread over years.
Spreading payments over time eases your cash flow. Instead of tying up your budget in product stock, you can put it towards the core of your business.

Which products can you rent?
Our textile rental service covers two main categories.
Restaurant (F&B) textiles
- Tablecloth rental: tablecloths sized to fit your tables.
- Top cloth rental: the layer laid over the tablecloth to protect it.
- Napkin rental: clean, ready napkins for every service.
- Runner rental: the strip of cloth running along the centre of the table.
Restaurant uniforms
- Waiter shirt and waiter trousers rental: for your service team.
- Chef jacket and chef trousers rental: for your kitchen team.
- Apron rental: for all your kitchen aprons.
How does the rental process work?
- We discuss your needs Together we determine your number of tables, your table sizes and the size of your service and kitchen teams.
- Your products come from our pool The products you rent are supplied from our pool of thousands of spares.
- Soiled products come to our laundry They are sorted with optical readers in the soiled linen sorting unit, and each customer's products are washed separately.
- Washed, ironed and inspected Products washed with treated water and chemicals that care for human health go through quality control; worn items are replaced with new ones.
- Clean products return to your business Your products are always ready, so your service runs without disruption.
We manage every step of this process in our 1,500 m² indoor industrial laundry.
