01Data controller

Under the KVKK, the data controller is Sauber Endüstriyel Tekstil Ürün ve Hiz. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., located at Ferahevler Mah. Filiz Sok. No: 14B, Tarabya, Sarıyer / İstanbul.

02Personal data processed

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: phone number and email address
• Customer transaction: business name, the service you are interested in and the content of your message

The form does not ask for special categories of personal data. We kindly ask you not to share special category data such as health information in your message.

03Purposes of processing

• Answering your requests and questions and getting in touch with you
• Preparing offers for our textile rental and washing services and conducting pre-contract discussions
• Fulfilling our legal obligations and protecting our rights in possible disputes

04Collection method and legal basis

Your personal data is collected electronically and partly by automated means through the contact form on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp. Your data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

• Processing of the personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of that contract (subparagraph c)
• Processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation (subparagraph ç)
• Processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (subparagraph e)
• Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (subparagraph f)

05Transfer of personal data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorised public institutions and organisations upon request and to the hosting and email service providers we work with. When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

06Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation. At the end of these periods, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

07Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to us you have the right to:

1. alearn whether your personal data is processed,
2. brequest information if your personal data has been processed,
3. clearn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose,
4. çknow the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
5. drequest the correction of your data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
6. erequest the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
7. frequest that the actions taken under subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
8. gobject to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
9. ğclaim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of your data.

08Application

You can submit your requests in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to our head office address together with information verifying your identity, or by email to iletisim@sauberturkey.com from the email address you previously notified to us and that is registered in our system.

Depending on its nature, your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
